I had a routine blood test, in order to check that I could have my half yearly Prolia injection, and it was dealt with in a friendly and confident manner, and I had no need to wait.

Receptionist very helpful when I explained that my link to make appointment had expired (I was away) and made me a suitable appointment confirming that thyroid test would also be done. Checked in and only had to wait few minutes. Blood taken by friendly and efficient lady (not a Dr so probably nurse or healthcare assistant).

I was seen recently because of breathing difficulties. I was very impressed with the Doctor, who listened to what I had to say and did a lot of checks, including listening to the chest, as well as all the basic checks (BP, O2 levels, heart rate, etc). He explained the new treatment and prescribed antibiotics.

Received reminder for second MMR jab automatically but unexpectedly as no one had said MMR was 2 jabs. Second appt very good, arrived as a pop in and seen within 10 minutes. Staff member very friendly and helpful

After having a kidney removed and previous bowel cancer, my blood pressure increased quite drastically. Kingston surgery were onto it straight away and have been working towards bringing it back down to an acceptable reading. The staff are always polite, friendly and caring, I have had nothing but good service from all concerned. I feel safe in the knowledge that from Doctors, Health Care Workers, Nurses and even the receptionists that I am in good hands. Thank you to all at Kingston Crecent Surgery.

I speak for my wife as she is not computerised, Over the last three months she has had numerous problems requiring medical assistance, and we have found that the telephone appointment system has been very much improved compared to a couple of years ago, she has had many appointments for treatment at. Kingston crescent, Crookhorn, and Somerstown surgeries,,also St Mary’s walk in centre, at all these visits the staff have been very helpful competent,friendly and cheerful,they cannot be faulted.
