Visited yesterday morning for my health check. Saw the lovely practice nurse. She explained everything that she was going to be asking and that I needed to be weighed height. I have found the nurses and the doctors always seemed to help. The receptionist are ok to. A few don’t like to smile but the rest are very helpful

I had a timely appointment. The Receptionist was helpful and kind. The practice was busy, I had a short wait from my appointment time before I saw the GP. I found the GP to be thorough and inquisitive.

Pleasant staff. Clean waiting room. The doctor took time in the appointment to listen to me. We went through different options which he was going to refer to another doctor in the practice.

My appointment was with the nurse it was a post op appointment. She was kind and considerate removing my dressing and made me very comfortable during the procedure. The nurse answered all my questions it was a pleasure to be seen by her.

Needed to have staples taken out from a full knee replacement surgery. I was anxious about this as I knew it wouldn't be pleasant but nurse Becky was kind and understanding, gave me time to compose myself whilst taking great care in what she was doing. Thank you Becky.

Was seen by the doctor at a reasonable time considering they were running behind on appointments. Doctor was lovely and gave good advice. It can be frustrating to get an appointment sometimes, but overall happy when I do get one and I am seen to very quickly.

I had a very good experience in my previous appointment and was sent swiftly for an urgent 2 week referral. However, in the past this has not been the case. I have had a lump for over 2 years that did get investigated but I have never received an answer to what this is. I had an abnormal mri but was told it will just change on its own.

I never have to wait too long to arrange an appointment and all the staff are polite and helpful. I recently received a message offering me a pneumonia vaccine, It was easy to get an appointment and was seen quickly by the nurse and was all done in 5 mins. Great service and very professional staff.

I contacted the surgery via online access, received a reply same day, had blood test following day, phone call from surgery day after and appointment at the hospital day after that. Following two appointments at the hospital I was called back into the surgery for a follow up appointment and further tests and advice given. If I had paid privately I wouldn’t have received any better treatment
