Had to see the nurse for a routine test The nurse who saw me was lovely.. Friendly helpful and put me completely at ease Talked me through a few changes that now happen that don’t the last time I was there and before I knew it was done and I was on my way Thank you making everything easy

Reception staff answered email quickly and got me an appointment soon as possible for a tetanus shot after sustaining a deep cut from rust nails while garden clearing

I attended the surgery for assessment for arthritis I received very good careful thoughtful and thorough care really professional and felt supported and listened too very pleased

The appointment was over 25 minutes late and I don’t think enough questions were asked eg as to diet how many times a day you eat, no reference to any earlier record of problems which might impact the outcome

Punctual, efficient and friendly service by the practice nurse when attending for my pneumonia vaccination. Only downside was the difficulty in finding a parking space.

I was dreading my smear appointment but the nurse put me at ease straight away treating me like a family member with respect lots of information, laughter and reassurance without me having to prompt. It was a smooth experience no discomfort and over within 6minutes. Thank you for your service

The Doctor I seen, was very professional and understanding and went above and beyond to explain my medical condition and why I had the symptoms that I had. I would highly recommend this surgery because I had a very positive experience when I attended my appointment. The receptionist was very helpful too by getting me an appointment at such short notice.
