I have been at this GP 33 years and my experience has always been positive. GPs who care and show interest, I always get an appointment and as I work the telephone appointments are perfect. The GPs and nurses are asset to the surgery, they are thorough and honest and will not give up or fob me off to get me out the door. The reception staff usually get a hard time but they are as equally kind and welcoming as the GPs and the nurses. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you for caring for me and my family.

Very professional service, easy check in and very good outcome. Pleasant waiting area, my doctor was very welcoming and dealt with my problem and I left the surgery 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Could not be happier.

The doctor was very warm and accommodating. She explains the topic of my concern very well. Helps to make me understand and make me feel releived and comfortable. The ladies at the reception and the nurses were kind and helpful too.

A truly excellent team from start to finish. The reception staff are welcoming, efficient, and always willing to help — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The GPs are attentive and thorough, taking the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes a real difference. The nursing staff are compassionate and professional, creating a calm and reassuring environment. I also had a great experience with the physiotherapy team — knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive throughout my treatment. Altogether, a well-organised and caring team with a fantastic bedside manner. I feel lucky to have such a great practice looking after me.

I’ve been invited for the cervical screening, I really enjoyed the fact they the surgery has option to schedule visit online, which is not always working though. During the visit nurse was really polite and explained everything in detail. She answered to all my questions and recommended the website where I can find more info if interested. Whole visit took less then 10 min and with as much comfort as possible in such check. Additional + for option of visit on Saturday, as usually the surgery is closed during the weekends!

Had my second smear and the nurse who did it was absolutely lovely. She went through all the relevant information and where I can access information without scare mongering. She was incredibly compassion and knowledgeable which helped make the experience easier and less anxiety provoking.

Not enough direct questions asked or knowledge of patients history Asked to take blood pressure twice a day so will need to buy a machine for home use
