    I had an appointment with Dr. for a routine check-up. Dr was very professional and took the time to listen to all my concerns. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Overall, a great experience.

    I recently had a smear test, and I have to say that the two ladies who attended to me created a very friendly and comforting atmosphere. Even though it wasn’t the most pleasant or comfortable examination, they handled it with great care and gentleness. Thanks to them, the experience was much better than I expected, and I would gladly go again for my next appointment. I also had the chance to interact with the reception staff when I needed some advice, and they were absolutely lovely—very kind and eager to help. While waiting in the reception area, I even witnessed a situation where two men came in and behaved very rudely towards the receptionists. Despite this, the ladies remained professional, calm, and continued offering their assistance with great patience. Overall, my experience at the clinic was very positive, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

    I was seen by GP on 5th February 2025 and I have seen and spoken with several admin staff, a Paramedic AP and several Doctors, all have been helpful and caring and taken time to ensure my best interests and understanding of the medical problem. I could not have asked for better care. Well done all.

    Saw the practice nurse. She is superb and is the only nurse that has a learning disability qualification in general practice, deals with Edward perfectly. However, reception staff were abrupt.

    The staff members I met in my visit with my 2 year old were all very friendly and welcoming. The call handler who booked his appointment was also very polite and helpful. The lady my son saw was very friendly and attentive, she took the time to explain some of the things she was saying so I left very positive and informed. One to the best go surgeries I have been to!
