    No consideration to my feelings. Just gave me my results to read myself off the screen. Found something with my results “interesting” which was highly insensitive. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to join this practise.

    Saw a Doctor due to a mental health issue he was very good and supportive and suggested counselling which I undertook and helped.

    Since I was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 I have not seen a GP I did receive a letter during lockdown saying I wouldn't be shielded even though I was on dialysis and kemmo then the consultant from haematology said I'd had operation on my spine and radio therapy in 2019 which showed my medical records were wrong I'm not very happy and it needs sorting out thank you

    The GP was very thorough with her assessment. She took time to understand my condition and made necessary refferals and gave important advice. She was very nice, respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about my condition and offered help.

    Cannot book an appointment keep ringing and line is busy. When eventually get through all operators busy call back. Been doing this since 8 and cannot get through. How can anyone get an appointment?

We understand the frustration caused by long wait times and high demand for our services. Firstly, we want to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this period of increased demand. We are constantly monitoring our phone lines, and this morning alone, we handled over 365 calls out of 1200 attempts, indicating the significant demand for appointments. We're continuously striving to improve our appointment booking process to better serve our patients. In line with this, we've recently introduced an online triage tool for some acute issues, aiming to ease the strain on our phone lines and provide more accessible options for patients in need of urgent care. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're always open to suggestions on how we can further enhance our system. However, given the current high demand, we're doing our utmost to strike a balance between meeting the needs of our patients and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services.     I booked a travel appointment with the nurse via telephone who never called me and proceeded to write on the system that they had been in contact with me. There was no communication with me about why a telephone call was never conducted and have failed to be in contact since.

    The appointment was for my Annual Flu Vaccine. Arranged for the appointment to be had at the Humbleton Drive surgery, I was early but the Practice Nurse called me in immediately, I had my injection which was given with great care.

    I had a virus and earrache. They examined me thoroughly and found I had an ear infection. They prescribed antibiotics to which I wasn't allergic. It cleared up quickly.
