Although sometimes difficult to get to speak to reception to make an appt, when I do, the receptionist is always helpful and friendly. Various appt available to suit me. Doctor was very understanding and explained in detail about my symptons treatment.

The doctor who saw my daughter was very attentive, reassuring and explained the next steps we will follow with my daughters reoccurring qater infections. Very calm and friendly with children making my daughter feel at ease whilst seeing the doctor as she was very nervous

Hook always get back to me within a reasonable time. I filled in the form and they responded within an hour. The nurse was understanding and helpful.

I was very successful in contacting the surgery, several appointment times were offered. The doctor I was alloted to was very kind, understanding and thorough and a very satisfactory outcome to my issue was given.

I saw the physio regarding pain in hip/ leg . Examined and given exercises to do for 6 weeks. He followed up as promised and appointment booked for follow up.

The self check In at reception was straight forward. I was seen by the nurse on time. She explained which blood samples were required. The process was simple and carried out in a professional and friendly manner.

Doctor covered every Avenue and treated me with utmost respect and confidentiality. He even explained medication at length and his reasoning. I just remember thinking what a wonderful courteous and caring doctor as I left in satisfaction.

Couldn't access the online form, used the phone callback service. As always the receptionist was helpful and friendly and my child was seen later that day at a time fitting around my work. Doctor was really good with him, reassuring, thorough, friendly.
