I attended an appointment with the musculskeletal team and found the service comprehensive and helpful. I left the appointment knowing what my condition was and what I needed to do to improve my condition

Quick and easy prefer gresty brook surgery that grovner. I can never book appointments online as it's not simple and I end up booking with the nurse when I want to see the doctors. Explain it over the phone with the receptionist and she help me do it and she was really nice and understanding. Got a appointment at gresty brook and it was a really good service and the doctor was really nice to me as I get upset and don't like opening up to people. Couldn't of done more for me. Am so glad we have this service its a 10/10 for me.

After a telephone appointment I'm no further forward as the doctor wasn't sure anything about my issue. Complete waste of time.

I had a GP phone appointment on a Saturday which was helpful and productive. My only criticism is that the surgery hadn't told me that the GP had made this appointment for me so they were fortunate to get hold of me. In future please let patients know when appointments have been booked.

Went to the doctors for ADHD and Autism consultation to try and be referred by right to choose. The appointment lasted all of 5 minutes, barely any conversation about what I’m struggling with. Doctor confirmed he would refer me for adhd assessment, but had no idea I had given in two forms one for adhd and autism. Then proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t think I’ve got autism as I make good eye contact and can talk well? Women are constantly misdiagnosed due to masking which I feel like I’ve been doing my whole life, I wish doctors were more educated in this instead of just making decision based of a five minute conversation. I then logged into my app and found information written down that we didn’t even discuss! Unhappy with my experience and it’s really knocked my confidence that there is anybody within the GP who understands.

I was treated with kindness and compassion during my recent telephone appointment with the team. My questions were answered, I was put at ease, and everything was explained to me, during what was a difficult conversation to have on my part. The practioner made it much easier, and I'm very grateful for the help and support offered, and the outcome of the appointment.

Requested an appt, message from gp's to ring and arrange. Quick triage and seen same day. Saw trainee advanced practitioner who was very thorough, referred for xray and given meds to help and further advice

Following a concern with regards to medication I was allocated a telephone appointment by the reception staff The call was prompt and the doctor listened to all of my concerns and was extremely helpful as we discussed the way forward. During the call I was also offered a follow up face to face appointment. All in all I was very pleased with the whole process

The trainee was very thorough in his examination and listened carefully to my description of what was wrong and my concerns. He came to a possible conclusion, double checking with an X-ray being taken, a course of action and a follow up appointment for further assessment. Might be a trainee but I was put at ease by his manner and the way he dealt with my condition.
