I've had a good service the last few times I have requested an appointment. One of them was for an emergency & managed to get an appointment for an hour after I phoned.

I was given appointment same morning and responded to quickly. The staff was nice and respectful. I was well listened to and efficiently examined. My concerns were addressed with good and clear safety netting advice.

I requested to see a doctor but I was seen by a trainee acp. although some qualifications they have limited experience and therefore prescribe through theory rather than experience.

I needed an emergency appointment on a Friday the week before Christmas. I rang at 08.30, got a text at 08.51 asking me to go in at 10.10. Seen on time by a lovely man who was an ANP. Impressed with the service received.

After over a week of having to write forms in the hope of receiving an appointment with a doctor. I spoke to a receptionist who was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable about trying to get help.

Please be advised that all appointment requests on our website service are reviewed by a GP who advises what action is needed for each request. We can often meet a patient's request without them having to come for an appointment. As you have posted anonymously we are unable to look into this for you, but if you wish to discuss further please call the practice and ask to speak to a member of the management team. I came to get measured for stockings as my legs are swollen, after being sent from hospital. But the practice nurse recognised that what I needed was the Lymphodaema team. I am very grateful to her, as I think I will be treated for the right thing.

I've only ever been this surgery in all 51 years of life, never had a problem, staff are friendly and helpful and the Drs are all professional but very comforting, would never want to go anywhere else. My recent visit was overall good. Dr explained what was going on and what my results meant and discussed future action to keep an eye on the problem, he was very kind and reassured me which was great due to me having health anxiety.
