Recently had reason to require the services of the surgery. Could not fault the service I received in any way, really was first class. Friendly accommodating staff and everything completed in a very professional manner. Excellent communication by email and text, and very efficient with my requirements.

Attended this afternoon to sort out problem with repeat prescription for my wife. All reception staff were extremely helpful and although it took a little while and a fair amount of work by the receptionists they were able to resolve the problem. I don't think I thanked them properly, so, to all the staff at Elgar House 'thank you'.

I've dealt with 3 reception staff today - 2 in person in the surgery, 1 by phone - all extremely helpful- i was quite anxious about the issue each time, but they were patient and polite and doing all they could to explain the process and to help me- visit to the surgery was just after 8am, and the call was just before 3pm- i could only get through to the appointments line and whilst it was not an appointment, she was still helpful and patient - i am sorry i didn't get the names of the reception staff, but hopefully you can identify them and these comments get passed on- really very helpful, calm and patient.
