This practice is seriously amazing at what they do. Communication is spot on. I have asked a question which is answered quickly and professionally through the query email and the online service is effortless. Appointment was made the same day. Excellent service from this practice and I have been hard to please due to poor practices previously. 10 stars Elgar

I came for a whooping cough jab and checked in with the pharmacist about my finger. She said it was infected and that I needed to see a doctor. There were no appointments available but when I mentioned it to Marissa, she made it her priority to get me seen by the duty doctor. She said there may be a short wait. I only had to wait around ten minutes and I was seen. I am so grateful to Marissa. She was so kind and reassuring. Thank you Elgar House for your amazing care and a special thank you to Marissa

Rang Friday morning and was given an appointment for 9.40, saw the doctor who decided I needed a hospital referral, hospital appointment offered 3 days later and going in for that 6 days later, and have also had bloods arranged and had those done Monday after original appointment. Very fast and efficient and all done by welcoming friendly staff.

I had a routine blood test with the nurse. She was pleasant to talk to, and efficient with the procedure. She was someone I hadn’t met before, but I would gladly go to her next time I need the test.

Attended an appointment with the Diabetic specialist and for the first time felt like I am able to move forward and was listened too. Really appreciated the time.

Attended for a blood test yesterday and this was dealt with by a very friendly and efficient nurse and I was soon on my way. The sort of service I have grown accustomed to over the almost 40 years I have been registered with this practice.

I have been treated for a leg ulcer for over 2 months and now realised what a fine surgery Elgar House is. The nursing team found solutions to problems when my treatment was not working as it should and I am now well on the road to recovery. Each visit is well planned and carried out with care. Thanks to all at Elgar House especially the Nursing staff.
