Easy to get an appointment, but a very long wait at the surgery 1 hour 20mins to see the doctor, think this was a block booking as the lady next to me had the same appointment time with the same doctor, but doctor very efficient and thorough and apologetic for the wait , but will try and book this way in future

I went for a blood test, the nurse who did it was as always polite and friendly. I have this nurse most time I have a blood test she is very good. Went straight in more or less, so that was great.

The surgery was very busy however The receptionist was very polite,helpful and caring My doctor listened to me I never felt rushed .

First Appointment was for my Co-vid replenish, great experience, no pain at all. On to reception to get an appointment for back pain. What a shock a free slot for the next day. Well this turn out to be a great consult, left with her requesting a blood sample. On to reception with this request, great disappointment nearly a months wait.

The person from asthma clinic unfortunately for nice reviews we can't use names was very helpful and the medication prescribed has worked wonders, it is the first time in a long while that any medication has worked so well. Thank you

I needed an appointment on the day I phoned and I was able to see a Doctor on that day. The Doctor was thorough and very helpful in enabling me to get my prescription straight away.
