Attended an appointment with the Diabetic specialist and for the first time felt like I am able to move forward and was listened too. Really appreciated the time.

Very efficient blood test , on time , no effects . Nurse was friendly and caring. Not much more to say but have to hit 100 characters lol

Attended for a blood test yesterday and this was dealt with by a very friendly and efficient nurse and I was soon on my way. The sort of service I have grown accustomed to over the almost 40 years I have been registered with this practice.

I have been with this practice all of my life (33 years) and in the last four years the service and care has deteriorated massively. We will be moving doctors asap.

It seems to me having been a patient for many years that the surgery now do not ‘care’ and us patients are an inconvenience. I came in December and was made to feel like a nuisance.

I applied for a review online and was contacted within 24hours with an appointment date to see the doctor. The appointment was on time and the doctor dealt with my problem in a timely and professional manner.

Had to get my mom to doctors urgently as she was weak and frail due to not drinking water or eating for over a week. I had to park in staff car park due to my not being able to walk far now I have gotten a £100 parking fee. If practice can help it would be very much appreciated

Have heart problems and arthritis,always seen and taken seriously, not fobbed off like a lot of other places. Very professional and helpful can talk about any problems with ease. Reception do what they can to accommodate you. Staff polite, I would definitely recommend this surgery

Recently had reason to require the services of the surgery. Could not fault the service I received in any way, really was first class. Friendly accommodating staff and everything completed in a very professional manner. Excellent communication by email and text, and very efficient with my requirements.

Attended this afternoon to sort out problem with repeat prescription for my wife. All reception staff were extremely helpful and although it took a little while and a fair amount of work by the receptionists they were able to resolve the problem. I don't think I thanked them properly, so, to all the staff at Elgar House 'thank you'.
