    The doctor and nurse took great care and time to make sure I felt okay and comfortable. They were friendly and explained everything clearly before starting my procedure. I really valued the calmness and reassurance from them.

    Nurse explained me in detail about the test i underwent.overall i am very much satisfied.Another rhing i didnt get initially the message regarding the date and time of appointment which resulted me going one day before,I really appreciate rhe GP surgery send SMS regarding the appointment and a reminder one day before thank you.

    Booked a smear test. Went for the apointment but was told it couldn’t be carried out due to not having had a letter sent beforehand. Took weeks to book the test. Asked why they made my appointment if it was to early said reception not clinical ! So not only did I waste a morning for the appointment it also meant someone else missed a chance to have this half hour slot. Appointments are very hard to get and this is not a very good use of precious time slots.

I understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find out the test couldn’t be carried out, especially after waiting weeks to secure the appointment.     Getting an appointment was extremely difficult. The sign in computer was not working properly, long queue for Reception, stressed receptionists. Thus said the Nurse was very respectful, informative and made the experience as comfortable as possible.

    I was seen on time. The nurse I saw for my appointment was friendly and helped to put me at ease. She was very professional and it was all over very quickly. The receptionist was able to help me with my query although not completely as it seemed the dr hadn’t responded to her questions. This query was regarding my husband not myself.

    Attended for my son’s pre school immunisations. Nurses were lovely and explained everything properly and made us feel at ease. My son was happy to get a sticker after. Booking appointment was ok, long wait for the appointment but that was expected. When needing to book appointments other than immunisations as-long as i call early and wait in the que I have been able to get an appointment whether this be with a doctor or one of the acute care team.
