    Nurse was lovely, professional. Really clear on procedure , questions and what happens next. Was seen a little early which was great and it didn't take long to do procedure.

    I had the appointment at 11am to have my pessary ring changed only to be told it couldn’t be done as the doctor I was supposed to see wasn’t there…I left work early…losing money to attend this appointment so I wasn’t happy at all…where was my phone call to say sorry we can’t do it that day or e-mail to say it couldn’t be done that day…communication at the practice is shocking…luckily I had a lovely lady who made me another appointment at abbey manor but I wasn’t happy with my treatment…receptionists need to be retrained. Let people know if circumstances have changed so people like myself are not sitting in the waiting room only to be told procedures couldn’t be done.

    I am glad that the team was very cooperative and patient, had quick response from e-consultation and the doctor was very polite and gave time to understand my perception and discussed with me the treatment plan. He also followed up to make sure I have received the referrals and if I am feeling better.. Thank you..

    I’m in 2 minds about Henford Lodge. Some of the staff are helpful, most are not. Luckily for me the last receptionist I spoke to was helpful and questioned why I was asked to use e-consult when I should have had an emergency on the day appointment. E-consult is ok if your not working and only have limited time to actually log in and use the facility

    The doctor I seen on the day listened to my concerns and took me seriously, reassured me I made me feel at ease. One of the best Doctors I’ve seen at the practice for a long time definitely showed he cared about the patient and even remembered my daughter he’s seen not that long ago and checked on her too.

    The system using engage consult for non urgent conditions worked very well and I was offered a face to face appointment within a couple of working days. Much better than trying to get through on the phone at 8.30 am

    Having submitted an e-consult I was offered an appointment within a week, which was appropriate to the condition I was seeking advice on. The GP listened to me and gave advice that I felt was appropriate.
