    I asked to see a Doctor to review my medication for asthma. The medication I was prescribed was giving me a number of unpleasant side effects. At the review the Doctor said that I could stop using the medication. My breathlessness would be further reviewed when I see the respiratory nurse at the end of the month.

    Even on time. Very efficiently dealt with, and further treatment discussed. Leg ulcers dressed and advice given on keeping leg dry.

    I find trying to make an appointment quite challenging at times. My most recent experience was a phone call. I made to the surgery telling them that E consult booking system was not available on at latest 4 times I tried to book my latest appointment. The receptionist said she would make me an appointment and I would get a text message to confirm however this didn’t happen. I did eventually get a slot by using E consult and the process did work well and I was able to get an appointment with the GP about my hearing issue. This process did take almost a month. I know it was a routine appointment but you need to make it easier. I am computer literate but older patients must really struggle.

    Doctor pretty much on time which was nice. Listened well, didn't rush, very thorough and gave good practical advice. Didn't have to wait long for him to ask a female colleague to come into room as had to remove clothing for him to look at skin problem on my hip. Going through e-consult seems to get you a quicker appointment than ringing up.

    I came for a second cervical smear appointment. The first was abandoned when I bled. At the first appointment I described the difficulty there was last time at least 6 years previously at another practice. I thought they had told me I had a tilted pelvis. Solution some cream to lubricate but b6 the time I could book another appointment the opportunity to book myself had passed so another 50 minutes on the phone to rebook. Another tube of cream. Then I got a UTI.whilst it could have been the diabetic meds I think it was from.the applicator. Finally the appointment Cream didn't do the trick Referral to hospital Another tube of cream that's my third Why not refer me straight to hospital team at the first appointment? I feel like never having a smear again. Gynae issues for an infertile woman is always tricky.

    I was requested to input my BP readings for 4 day. After taking the said reading I tried to input the results. However after a visit to practice I was told it needed doing daily. On reading the instructions it is not clear in addition it required pulse reading , again not requested. Trouble with these issues is it required a phone call which takes 3 hrs by then the slot is missed. I realise these links are to assist the practice and save time but adding that time on to me is not acceptable. My age group on have limited time left ! In no way is this a criticism of any of your staff, both medical and admin. You staff must be trained by Job

    Tried many mornings to get an econsult appointment without any luck after trying to get an appointment to see a GP by telephone, always a queue and finally when you get through no appointments left. Finally one morning I tried at 8am as was able to get an appointment on line with the econsult. Which gave me satisfactory results.

    He explained clearly his thoughst on what he felt was going on. He was also explained that would be worth checking in 6 months if still symptomatic. Gave me advice to continue to take vitamin D which happy with. Was very kind and not seen him before. He was also nice in explaining need to try tablets now older without being condescending.

    I had to wait over half an hour but the gp was lovely and very helpful The receptionists could do with some training on how to talk to people though .
