I dislike writing negative things about people, however the Doctor I saw left me dissatisfied. Firstly he didn’t introduce himself, I explained that I’d had a dry cough and a painful chest and was bringing Jo yellowish/greenish mucus, to which I got no response. He then proceeded to listen to my chest, sides a back. He then took my blood pressure only once in left arm which was 190 over whatever and then sent a script to the chemist. He didn’t proscribe any other medication to address thick mucus or painful chest etc, but did say if problems persist to return for antibiotics. Considering I haven’t had a face to face appointment in over 5 years, I was truly disappointed with the whole scenario. I therefore requested if I have to have a follow-up appointment I’d prefer not to see this Doctor..

I attended to get a flu jab. I was seen on time, procedure was explained and I was told about possible side effects. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. Overall felt comfortable with the treatment - both professional and friendly.

I had two appointments one with the nurse for jabs and I messaged during the day to ask to see a Dr afterwards, she rang me and booked me in straight away, she listened and explained in detail next steps

The nurse that dealt with me on 2 occasions was amazing compassionate and I felt actually was invested in the job she trained to do the appointment was not rushed unlike other times we need more nurses like this
