Flu jab time of year. I received a text invitation for a flu jab. Clicked link, booked appointment. Very easy! Checked in on digital check in at reception, waited in treatment room for 5 minutes. Lovely nurse gave me my jab. In & out very quickly and smoothly. Best service yet.

Had a flu jab. Great service. Easy to log In on screen. Nurse saw me quickly. Polite, welcoming and injection was quick.

Warm and cordial reception Treated by highly experienced nurse Treatment given with good skills I was involved in the treatment and all explanation given for all treatment I was highly impressed overall

This was like the second or third time I was seeing this doctor but he was caring and attentive all the times I saw him. Giving tips and advise on how I can use other remedies to cure the migraines. He was patient with my daughter as she also had a consultation before mine.

No words are suitable to describe my Diabetic screening I found it very thorough and every question asked was answered and covered admirably As a result I went away wholly satisfied with a purpose to continue to take care of myself with suggestions that were mentioned.

Was on time & treated with respect by the nurse on duty. She wore a face mask, so it was not easy to hear/ make out what she was saying. The room was clean & tidy but they didn't seem to have a record of the tablets I've been taking, which they prescribe every month and have done so for over a year now. So that's worrying me now. Lets hope its now been noted!

My last and every appointment with my Practice Nurse was very good. She has always been polite, helpful and very reassuring. She takes the time to explain things and always listen and answer any questions I may have. She’s a credit to the GP Practice!
