Phone Doctors at 8am explained I need to see a Doctor that day had an appointment in the afternoon. Doctor I saw was very professional and nice nothing rushed.

I recently visited my GP and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care and kindness I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease. My GP was outstanding - they listened attentively to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine empathy. Their professionalism and expertise shone through, and I felt confident in their diagnosis and treatment plan. What struck me most was the compassion and understanding shown by the entire team. They treated me with dignity and respect, taking the time to answer all my questions and address my worries. I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful GP and practice looking after my health. If you're looking for a caring and trustworthy medical team, I highly recommend this practice. Five stars isn't enough - they deserve ten!

I met the nurse for my appointment yesterday, at 12pm. She was patient, helpful in explaining things to me and professional.

My last experience was not good, I thought I had a later appointment but because I was 10 minutes late I was not seen, I was happy to wait and apologised but oh no, no sympathy at all. The practice is definitely declining and the staff are not consistent.

Had dressing change after hand surgery. Was able to get appointment within 48 hours in order to hve dressing changed. Practice nurse was very good and took time to clean and dress the surgical site. All staff at Denmark road have been kind and respectful and work incredibly hard. Your care is appreciated

After a phone conversation with Doctor, who prescribed antibiotics for 5 days has now cleared up my chest infection.

Experience was very satisfactoria. I didnt have to wait long before being seen. Early and prompt. The nurse was nice and lovely lady.

The nurse was helpful and friendly. My diabetic check was done with care and attention. The check-in process digitally on touchscreen was straightforward enough. And the receptionist was courteous and helpful in providing information (sending a link to my phone by sms text) to apply for a referral to see a podiatrist. Which I duly submitted. Thank you all.
