    My gp has been fantastic. Very thorough, professional and engaging. She has carried out a full and complete medical investigation. Luckily all my results have come normal and I feel very reassured.

    The receptionist was very helpful and patient and when I spoke te physician she was also patient, kind and understanding she listens and give the best advice was rushing also telling me to take my time. She saw I wasn’t in a good place after speaking with her I felt better and left the GP with a little more hope.

    I came into the surgery on Wednesday 5th around lunchtime time . I asked the receptionist if I needed to starve or bring a urine sample for my check up with the nurse on Thursday 6th. She asked my date if birth and then my name . She looked up my details and said. No , you don’t need to bring a urine sample and you can have a good breakfast . Needless to say I should have brought a urine sample . I then tried to make an appointment with GP. Was told to come back in a fortnight as computer was being updated ?

    I had my intro call with the GP at Chatfield this week and I found it extremely professional. Suffering from diabetes type 1 for 50+ years and having lived in 5 countries and 3 continents, I must say I’m impressed by the caring approach, understanding of my situation and effectiveness in addressing all of my needs and requests. I am indeed.

    This visit was about my mental health and a referral to psychotherapy I have been given a set of targets to achieve in order to secure it. Every time I see or speak to Chatfield people I am cared for in a way that has increased my self worth to the point that I am now clean and sober and looking for a job. I never saw this moment coming before I joined Chatfield. They are a wonderful community of health care providers and I am very grateful for the care I’ve been receiving. I have all my hope back too.

    The recent appointment I had at Chatfield was a very positive experience. The service was on time and excellent in every respect. The facilities are a little tired, but everything worked fine. Have no problem in recommending.

With regards the facilities looking a little tired we are the process of negotiating with the landlord redecoration.   10. Review titled GP Approval system not followed

    I requested a PSA blood test online and appointment was booked successfully. However when I got there the nurse was initially unable to perform the test as no one at the practice had requested a GP approval before booking the blood test. She decided to go ahead anyway, but disappointing that practice were unable to follow their own processes.
