The fact that I have double vision and it is more difficult to type lower case as it just is a jumble, Capitals are clearer. the Doctor went over all the points for my hospital tests clearly Also detail of injection to hip to be done at St Georges. been going to Moorfields at Tooting for a long time 1991 I believe. Didnt think to ask how long I will have to wait for appt for injection

Although the appointment started late, the consultation was easy and relaxed. I left after 15 minutes in a positive mood and am awaiting details of referral.

The service was impeccable. Staff trained and professional as well as knowing Italian. The injection did not leave any consequences. Recommended for safety and precision.

The receptionist was very helpful, I received an appointment for the next day. The doctor I saw was very nice, she asked me certain questions that related to my visit and made me feel very comfortable and was very polite. She sorted out there and then what to do and has arranged for the hospital to contact me. She was very clear and precise and made me feel very comfortable.

First appointment was with one of the young female doctors and she was very patient. She not only listened to me but she heard my concerns with regards to stree at work and loss of 2 family members. Asked for bloods as my pressure was extremely high, sent me additional information on hypertension. This was great. I was 5 minutes late for my blood test on the 26th February 2025 and there were two patients a patient infront of me also waiting to check in. The person who was been helped by the receptionist wouldn't stop talking and was demanding for her husband to be seen, her voce was raised we could all hear her. Another admin lady came out from the back office to assist her, this lady was very efficient. Asked my name checked on the system sent me upstairs to see the nurse. She noticed that we were in the queue as i was now 15mins late for my appointment. Had my blood test with the lovely nurse (please forgive me i don't remember her name but I think she was Italian) I really don't like needle but she was very professional, spoke to me calmly chatting away about the weather and before I knew it, she was done. With ever service there is room for improvement however Charfield Health Care team always offer a professional service, from the administration team to the clinical team. It is very nice to be spoken to with respect, to be heard and to be treated by the Chatfield team, thanks to all of you

As always i managed to get a same day appointment and the GP i saw was very kind and professional and was very sympathetic and understanding of my health issues and was able to give me the right treatment and good advice.

Seen on time, doctor printed off test results then went through them explaining them very simply. Went through one result in more detail and then discussed options. Most reassuring.

I have been a patient at Chatfield for many years and have generally been happy with their service. However, I recently contacted the practice and spoke to a member of their switchboard and did not have a good experience. After I started to explain the reason behind my call (Which was to check whether I should see a doctor considering my condition was not improving after several weeks) the person started to advise me that my condition was not worth mentioning to the doctor. I was surprised to hear that person was able to make a diagnosis and when I asked for clarification, she started to swear at me over the phone (!). When I proceeded to ask for her name, she simply hung up on me. I then called back the practice as I needed help. I spoke to a second (More helpful) person who asked me to explain what happened with her colleague and who suggested she calls me back with the next step forward regarding this issue once she had a chance to do some internal investigation first. I never heard back from her. In the end, I am glad I asked for an appointment with a GP as the advice I received were very helpful. It is just disapointing to be sworn at by other members of Chatfield who perhaps should not perform diagnosis in the first place. I would have also like for the second person I spoke to to call me back as promised. I hope my comments will be seen as helpful so other patients do not have the same experience.
