    I have been with Chatfield for two years, and what a difference it has made. They treat you with great care and concern, and fully investigate what ails you. I suffer from Osteoarthritis and it is the first time a physio has done a proper and full exam8nation of me, recommending to see the condition of my hip, which has not been done before. I am really happy to have joined them, stating they from reception, are caring and professional.

    17 January 2025 I went to Chatfield clinic ask appointment of doctor for blood test, and at the counter the male staff at once sorted out this, that means I need not make appointment of doctor for this. That makes the service very effective and does not waste time for both doctor and patient. That’s really helpful and good.

    I could not ask for more. Was seen promptly by a kind and thoughtful doctor, really listened and assessed thoroughly. Reception staff pleasant, helpful and patient.

    Apparently no is available for 3 weeks to give me a quick call to discuss abnormal blood results. Very rude on the phone, do not recommend this practice.

    Such friendly and helpful staff! Was seen within a couple hours of calling and given helpful advice from the GP who listened to me and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy.
