Telephoned by practice nurse. Situation concerning my mother was delivered with thought, fully explained and very quickly referred on to consultant.

Both myself and my husband received terrible service from our previous surgery so decided to join Chapel Street. We were a little dubious as you always hear the bad stuff and never the good. We decided to give them a go and we have never regretted it. All the staff are caring, polite and very professional. We have always received excellent service.

It is a generally good practice. One nurse is more patient and friendly. One doctor has been really helpful and takes the time to listen and help with useful suggestions. Some other professionals need to be more flexible and adapt their practice to be more patient and listen to the needs of patient. Not every patient is the same. Receptionists try their best to work with the systems they have, please listen to patients. Stop calling us at the most inconvenience times. Results please try and email them across, so we don't have to wait ages on phone.

Fantastic staff, supportive and happy to listen and advise. I have been registered here most of my life as are both of my children. We received fantastic support today in organising my teenagers medication and we have been supported and updated throughout the afternoon. I cannot thank the team enough for their help and would highly recommend them to others.

Recently consulted one of the surgery health professionals who was able to examine me and clearly explain the reasons I was experiencing such discomfort. Good advice given and I was greatly reassured and relieved. Well done.

Despite workload, reception, nurses and doctors have been brilliant caring for both myself and husband over this past year with various medical problems. Thank you all not just this past year but for all the years we have been registered with you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called the surgery because I felt I'll and was not getting better. The surgery called me back within 3 hours. The person who called me was very polite, very understanding, helpful and spoke to a doctor during the call. Following in the same call, I was prescribed 2 medications to treat my condition, which I collected from the chemist the same day. In summary, I was completely satisfied with the Surgery service.

Ain’t been with this doctors long and I’m already leaving because these do not like to prescribe anything at all especially when you know exactly what you want what’s it’s for and for how long I’ve been taking my medication this is very unfair

Dear patient, thank you for the helpful feedback, we would like to assure you the clinicians are committed to evidence based prescribing which is mandated by NHS England, and we follow the guidelines however individual requests for medication are reviewed by the doctors and we do our best to help our patients. We hope you understand the reasons if a certain medication was not prescribed. Please book an appointment to discuss with a clinician at the practice. Doctor called me back about a pathology test, still hard at work at 8pm. Very attentive & right on the case. I know the surgery has been extremely busy, with large backlogs post the pandemic, but Doctor was most supportive and spent a good 15 minutes explaining what I should do, even when I said they were working too late. Very heartening and caring. Brilliant surgery. Thank you.

We have been with the surgery for over 15 years because of their excellent care. Office staff are helpful and efficient. Can always get an emergency appointment for my husband with chronic health issues or my young children. GP’s are caring, make sure our needs are attended to both physically and emotionally. This amazing team work hard to support their community. We are lucky to have them.
