Ever since I have being to to gos this is the worst GP I had ever ever visited in my life,the services is so poor to the extent that even when you having a serious ailment they ll not listen to u but only ask u u visit A&E if u are not too ok,I had complanid of issues for the past weeks no care no appointment but all am told is to go online for podiatry appointment despite I told the receptionist that I have no ideal about how to do that still I was turned away

Appointment was timely, listened to my issues, explained and demonstrated the diagnosis and offered their advice, leaving to determine the preferred course of action.

I was seen at the appointment time. The Doctor was up to date with my records .An referall was made for me to attend a Hospital that I had attended previously for similar complaint

Reception team are very helpful. The nurses, pharmacist and GP'S are excellent. I have recently had a face to face appointment with the pharmacist at the surgery. They were very informative and helpful.

Very attentive GP visit for my 6 weeks postpartum checkup for myself . She asked about my wellbeing , both physical and mental, discussed contraception and the options I had available to me, asked about my baby boy and how I'm coping with motherhood , breastfeeding / sleeping etc , and checked my c section scar for me giving me the all clear . We also discussed my kidney issues which were amplified during my pregnancy . I felt she was very thorough and friendly . I felt comfortable to ask questions and that I received a great level of care during my appointment.

Brilliant Dr x amazing Dr I felt listened to she took her time to examine and speak to me. I was involved in decision making . Thank you for seeing me even though it was an emergency appointment you provided a good service. To to the receptionist and nurse feel appreciated.

For the first time in years I’m getting the help I’ve so desperately needed and am being listened to so can only speak highly of this practice for this reason. Only downside is for last few appointments have been sat waiting to be seen for 30 minutes & 15 minutes past my allotted appointment time which is frustrating.
