All staff involved were polite friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with consideration and the reason for the appointment was managed prifessionally and properly.

Went to speak about getting sick note extension due to illness due to pregnancy and helped inform me of what I needed to do.

The nurse was brilliant felt at ease on time very thorough pleasant very nice explained everything very clean

Met the senior practitioner who gave me my usual annual check for blood pressure, weight, bloods and urine. It was really easy to check in, the member of staff was very easy to talk to, efficient and happy to explain anything when I asked questions. It was very impressive

Waited a week for face to face appointment but doctor was very professional and helpful and sorted medication out straight away

Staff were very friendly. The nurse who I saw was amazing. She really made me feel comfortable and at ease. She went through everything she was doing every step of the way and explained everything that I needed to do after the appointment. She’s a credit to the practice.

My appointment went well I am new to the surgery. I did feel that I was being listened to this is humongous improvement for me. We had a good chat . it was obvious to me that the staff member can show emphey which is important to me moving forward. Thank you very much your a Star. Kind regards Lee

The receptionist was polite and I was given an appointment for the next day. The GP was very thorough and attentive.
