Very unsatisfied with the practice there's more nurse practitioners then doctors amd mistakes is likely to happen I wasn't proscribed with andthing back pain and knee pain I needed to change to another sergary I've lost confidence and trust

Dear Mark Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you feel you have had a poor experience. I am sorry you feel having ANPs may cause mistakes, I am not sure how this could be the case but please feel free to contact me to discuss this further. I can see from your consultation our ANP advised a physio appointment would be beneficial but to come back to see us sooner if your symptoms worsened. There are occasions where a prescription would not be beneficial hence the referral to physio. If you would like to discuss further then please do contact me at the surgery. Was seen by practice nurse for blood pressure test. Very pleasant. Asked more questions to make sure I was ok. Good experience.

Both myself and my wife have never had a bad experience. Follow the practice guidelines and you will always get seen or called back the same day

I had my first ever smear test done by a lovely nurse who was patient with explaining the process and potential results to me, really friendly and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or scared when discussing the test. She put me totally at ease and respected my dignity and privacy when dressing/undressing/during the test.

Very prompt and professional service today. Don't normally go to doctors. Have recently changes surgeries and have nothing but praise for this doctors. Previous surgery made it impossible to see a doctor. Keep up the good work.

Thought I was in for my heart condition review but it was to give bloods for apixyban which I have stopped taking 4 months ago on the request of my GP so never really checking records????? Asked about my heart review as it seemed a while since this had taken place it’s not been done for over 2-3 years which really is poor care ?? I asked why this had been missed and the answer was “not really sure” the doctor usually requests them. Very unsatisfactory visit

I can not fault the receptionists they are helpful and friendly and the same for the nurses where it all falls apart is the doctor he does not listen and is arrogant I’ve come out still in pain with no help and the only thing he said was get an appointment with the osteopath I was trying to tell him I was walking with a limp and he told me I was there to talk about the pain in my back nothing else and he didn’t want to know I’m extremely upset and looking for another surgery

In the past few months, I have visited this practice a few times for myself and my children. I never have issues getting appointments, and the receptionists are always friendly and professional. They don't get the credit they deserve. I have seen GP's and a lovely nurse. They are always thorough and friendly. My children love the nurse, she has done their jabs and always makes it a relaxing environment. Very glad we have this practice. Thanks to all at Warwick Road Surgery.
