Today was another example of the practice’s high standards. A kind member of the reception team very patiently went through my medication query with me with great understanding. The team as a whole provide great service and though no place is ever entirely perfect, this is the closest I have ever come across. Kind team and knowledgable drs who aim to work with the public for the best possible healthcare, efficiently. Many thanks!

I have been a patient for years. Lots has changed but I alway feel supported and the staff, doctors and nurses are super helpful. I have had a cough for over 8 weeks now and the doctors are supporting me to get the investigation that I need done.

Called the surgery explaining a health issue about my wife. They realised I was very concerned and in a calming manner asked me about the symptoms. As I explained they realised there wasn't anything which needed us to report to A&E but the issue needed to be diagnosed rather quickly. They offered an appointment for the same afternoon. This positive experience has sincerely brought back our confidence on the NHS being a world-class service provider! Well done Brunswick Park Surgery

He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, was polite and friendly. I mentioned in passing needing a new prescription for a different condition and he processed it for me. It's the first time in a long time that a consultation didn't feel rushed.

The Dr i saw, a young female Dr, was extremely helpful, listened to my problem and gave good advice with no pressure to hurry up the consultation. Excellent Dr, excellent surgery.

I called for a same day appointment and was told the doctor would call me by 2 I hadn’t received a call so I phoned the surgery and spoke to a receptionist who was super helpful she spoke to the doctor relayed my symptoms and was very polite and understanding. The lovely doctor then called and reassured me. Great service
