I was referred from my GP clinic as they don’t offer coil removal/fittings, and the sexual health clinic I visited previously has been closed. I was very nervous as my last experience with the coil had been very painful and stressful. The staff were amazing from start to finish - the receptionists were kind and polite both when booking and rearranging my appointment, and when I arrived. The building itself is a lovely environment with lots of light and a garden outside. The doctor was absolutely fantastic, taking time to listen to my concerns, talk me through the process, and ensure I was comfortable at every stage of the procedure. She made sure I had the pain relief I needed, gave me lots of time to recover at the end, and turned something I had been completely terrified about into a quick and manageable experience. This was heads and shoulders above the treatment at my own doctors clinic nearby, so I would highly recommend Brook Green medical centre to any prospective or visiting patients.

I requested a sick note due to my illness back in November 2022. I found the service really efficient and quick. Thank you NHS for providing such a professional service. Much appreciated.

I am really glad to belong to this practice. Over the last 3 years, I have had several telephone consultations, and and face to face consultations with 2 doctors. In spite of the huge pressures they are under, I found everyone helpful, friendly and willing to answer questions. The environment is very pleasant - there is a garden- and I would thoroughly recommend this practice for their care and concern for their patients.

Review titled Robots replaced the doctors

Patients be warned!! I called to speak to my GP. I was told that unless I use the robot econsult service I will not get an appointment until two weeks time. I do not wish to share my private information online or with the receptionist as I do not want my medical information handled by anyone other than my GP, so I was also denied a same day GP call back, despite needing medical care for myself and my son. This used to be an accessible, friendly surgery. Now the doctors have been replaced by online robots, minimising medical concerns and violating patient privacy (who else has access to the information provided? How can it be removed if desired?) and the non medical staff are the gatekeepers to patients’ healthcare. This is a very dangerous predicament and against patients’ best interests.

Review titled eConsult switched off during weekends

This practice is less bad than many others in London comparison. But the eConsult www service must not be switched off during weekends! This is a disgusting way to get rid of patients who work on weekdays and have little time to fill in online forms on weekdays.
