I noticed my heart beating louder and took bp reading over 12 days and saw irregular heart beat logo. Made an appt with the nurse who then did an ECG and promptly called the Doctor who explained what was happening. Prescription given and follow up with Doctor arranged also blood test arranged I think the treatment I was given was excellent on the day.

The admin staff were very friendly and helpful and the nurse that did my injection was also very nice and helpful

Invited to a medical, appointment booked within a week. Very good explanation of medical explained by the nurse, booked in for a blood test the next morning. Very good service, results back within a couple of days. Great service, nice people.

From start to finish the medical staff looked after me. I was listened to, was able to ask questions and receive good answers. I felt much better on leaving the practice. Many thanks.

Requested repeat prescription via NHS app. The app showed the meds had been approved but when I got to chemist to collect there were no meds. Enquiry at surgery was told that I needed a review of my medication that was overdue since 2022 before I could get prescription. Had to wait for a telephone appointment and go without heart medication for two days waiting for prescription. Surely the surgery should review heart patients' meds in a timely manner not wait over a year till a computer system blocks a repeat prescription before doing review?

The waiting time over an hour waiting while others streamed in before me. An uncontrolled child running around shouting and throwing mums key's on the floor mother unconcerned reception staff also unconcerned

You know what stands out for me... we have phones for a reason.. try using them im a person not a robot or computer. Thats the issues today, no personal touch, email this email that.. dont send me stuff like this again thank you.. im from the 70s were we talk to eachother

My appt with the nurse ws arranged easily on the phone for 2 weeks ahead. I was seen early and the nurse took the time to look up a prescription for me that I hadn't had for over a year. She was efficient, friendly and helpful.

Receptionist very helpful, had a callback from doctor who prescribed medication for my condition. Collected from pharmacy shortly after. Very pleased.

They seem to be able to accommodate my needs which is amazing when they are so stretched. I appreciate the service I am able to get and the staff have been good.
