I was given an appt for the prescribing HRT nurse, to review and change my current medication. This was changed by the surgery to another nurse that could not prescribe anything else, or review my meds as she wasn’t an HRT nurse.

The receptionist who talk my call understood I needed some doctors advice that day I had an appointment call that day on time The doctor was great prescribed meds (steroids ) Thank you so much to both of you

Everything went fine until it came to getting the results, my examination was on the 5th Dec, the computer crashed and I am still waiting to hear any results on the 2nd of January.

Firstly my blood test was cancelled due to staff sickness and there was no attempt to alleviate my inconvenience by offering a cancellation list I was just told I would have to wait for another 2 weeks to get another appointment. Secondly I was told I would be contacted after submitting an E consult and no one contacted me. I eventually spoke to a gp after Christmas after submitting another E consult. Therefore I have been waiting over three weeks to get some information about my condition which I find unacceptable and could have been rectified with a little thought and compassion

The doctor I saw was incredibly rude, this was the second time of seeing him and both times arrogant , to the point of not listening to what is being said to him and him literally telling you to be quiet

I was given an appointment to see a Dr the same day, at a time which, being disabled, I could easily manage. Although I had to wait which is quite normal nowadays, the dr did her best to help with my problem and I was satisfied with her actions.

The Asthma Nurse gave a sense that she had time to talk things through at my pace. She was kind enough to give advice about another matter I asked about (I only asked because I have a knee operation next week and wanted to resolve it).

The fact that the nurse though v helpful at the time - for which i complimented her - she didnt actually do what she promised

The politeness and knowledge of reception and nurse staff. I was early for my appointment,and was taken straight in to see the nurse.The Medical centre is very clean too
