I was offered a same day face to face appointment with a G.P. who was familiar with my health issues and found the consultation informative and helpful. Following the consultation I was given a bloods clinic appointment at the practice the following morning. The service given by reception, blood clinic and clinical staff was exemplary.

Audio visual appointment screens, self check-in and voice announcements make for a pleasant and efficient waiting experience. Dr was kind, attentive, and carefully explained treatment options.

Phoned at 8am to get an appointment that day and was given one for 10.45.Dr I saw yesterday was very thorough and listened to what I was saying, I will definitely ask to see her again

From entering to exit needs discussed thoroughly and GP was very good at listening. Medical needs addressed plan in place with arranged follow up in 6 months . Practice has improved immensely in the last year with new team in place. As a NHS professional myself this is great to see

When went in listened well and instead of throwing antibiotics at it yet waiting for blood test results. Would maybe need a strong dose of antibiotics but living with a colostomy these can prove tricky. So am very glad that I am only going to be given them when know if I do.

Rang at 8 am, wasn’t on hold for long, great receptionist got me an appointment at 9am with Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Nurse was very helpful, thorough and pleasant. Made appropriate referral’s for further tests. Also got follow up blood test appointment in practice just 3 days later! Absolutely excellent service and really put my mid at rest too. Thank you Billinge M C Team!
