Doctor was very helpful. Explained my condition. Sent Sputum test to lab. Explained about my medication. Said she would ring when test came back if necessary.

I contacted the practice on line with a non urgent medical issue with which I had concerns and wanted advice. In less than an hour the practice messaged me back with an appointment the same day. At the appointment I was treated sympathetically and a referral was made to a specialist. I am totally satisfied with the speed at which my concerns were addressed.

Greatly improved service. Appointment made easily with Physiotherapist, explained treatment plan & fairly quick progression to appointment with Dr.

Didn't have to wait long to see GP. GP was very thorough and I didn't feel as though she was rushing through the appointment. Also she listened to what I had to say.

I've recently returned to Billinge Surgery and was amazed at the improvement. The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. It feels like the Surgery from many years ago. I've seen two lovely doctors recently. I would also like to say the Well Pharmacy on Rainford Road is also much improved and took the time to ring me and check the new medication I have to take for 5 days wasn't having any side effects. Thank you to you all.

They were very rude and they were very unhelpful I am disabled due to stroke and they totally ignored me and were rude after I got there attention

There was a misunderstanding. I was told it was for a blood test. But the receptionist could not find it.Iwent to see the doctor but she did not why I was sent for. It was all sorted out in the end to everybody's satisfaction.

I phoned the surgery at 8am and I was able to get an appointment that same day with an ANP. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. Kind, professional and very attentive to my needs. I left the appointment feeling confident that the plan we had discussed going forward would help the problem I had. A good experience in every way.
