I required an urgent appointment. I phoned, and was offered an appointment the same day . Checked in on line when I arrived , and was only 5 mins behind scheduled time . Doc was great, straight to the point , polite , good manners listened . Thank you.

Today I rang the doctors for some advice regarding my current medication. I explained I didn’t want to take an appointment up, but I just needed a new dosage. The receptionist was so helpful and supportive.

Polite, pleasant & efficient receptionists answered query & actioned immediately. Surgery returned my call within 5 minutes & go pharmacy rang when promised.

I needed to see a gp on the 24th April. I wanted to see a specific gp. Not only was that granted, but I had an appointment within 3 hours. The Dr was very caring, thorough, empathetic, and I was given the time to discuss everything necessary without being rushed. Going as far as to continue looking into my case after the consultation. I am amazed at the turn around of the practice in such a short time. I can always get an appointment and I have always received the help I have needed. I have noticed if a dr isn’t around to pick test results up, another dr will deal with it so there is continuity and it isn’t overlooked. I have gone from despairing for our practice a couple of years ago, to promoting it to people who are struggling in their practices like we once did. For the first time in a long time I feel I am in safe hands with the present team of dr’s and staff at Billinge Medical Practice.

Appointment on time. I was listened to and given a choice of treatment options available and the possible outcomes. A referral was made for an x Ray while in the appointment. Results promised within 10 days.
