I had incurred a non emergency sporting Injury which over a few days gave me cause for concern. I obtained an appointment via Patchs and was seen at the earliest opportunity (a few days). I booked in and was called to the treatment room in less than 5 mins. The injury was assessed and I have been referred for a further examination by a staff member with specific knowledge of the type of injury I have. I feel reassured and since it is not an emergency I am content with the procedures. All very simple to use and it has worked for me

I haven't used my GP practice for anything other than vaccinations. So when I needed to call for an urgent appointment it was with a bit of anxiety but it was soon relieved as receptionist was understanding and patient as I had real difficulty in talking. A said urgent appointment was made for the relevant person ie a Dr! He was kind reassuring and treated me with respect and understanding in a caring manner. Hopefully I will improve in the days to come and won't require the service for any length time again.

Prescribed the wrong antibiotic, ended up in A&E overnight on an antibiotic drip! Nurse in A&E advised that the wrong medication was given initially by the GP, if the correct medicine had been prescribed in the first place my son would have avoided this A&E trip.

Always found parking easy. Signing in very quick and easy and use. More appointments now than ever before. The doctor was very easy to talk to and listens to the reason why your there. Overall a general feeling there is a friendly strong relationship with staff and patients. The receptionist I had a conversation with said she loves working there and all the staff get on with one another. It is a place where you get help when needed.

It is usually possible to see a Dr or an Advance a Practice Nurse on the same day. I found I was listened to and treatment prescribed- however I do need a follow up appointment as the problem has not gone away.

So pleased with the vast improvement in all aspects of the practice, from appointment times to GP's. Have been at this practice all of my life & have been very near to moving surgeries but so glad I didn't. Rang yesterday for an appointment & surprised to get one for the same day. The GP I saw was easy to talk to, knowledgeable & reassuring, put me at ease.

I called the practice and was answered quickly. I explained my situation to the receptionist who understood the urgency and got me an appointment that day. I saw the advanced nurse practioner who was excellent, sorted the treatment I needed and referred me on whilst sending details of further contacts to me immediately.
