    I sent an econsult in at 7.30am and before 8am I had an appointment for 10.05 that morning. I was early for the appointment and I was called in and home for the time of my appointment. The app was updated and the referral has been done today. Superb team work and lovely staff

    Went to see Doctor 27th January Everything about my symptoms were explained and I felt so much better within my self,also the appointment system has improved at this practice,,reception is very helpful both in person and on the phone

    This is the first time I have seen a doctor in quite a few years. The doctor I saw was lovely she made me feel at ease and relaxed with some concerns I had and I felt much better walking out the door

    Not been to my doctors in years and this is a new surgery. Totally positive experience, from receptionist to doctor, then follow up calls/texts. Amazed at how great they were tbh and would not hesitate to recommend

    The whole experience was highly satisfactory, from making the appointment, to seeing the doctor and receiving treatment, it was an absolute pleasure and so professional. The surgery has improved dramatically and It’s barely recognisable. My message to the new management team, just keep doing what you’re doing, it’s working!!

    I was able to arrange an appointment for the day I needed it, due to a chest infection. I was given medication, which has addressed the infection and the chest infection has started to ease. The GP was attentive and the reception staff member was helpful.

    I don't visit the doctors often, so was expecting stereotypical waiting times and rushed appointments. I got anything but. A really friendly helpful team and a doctor who listened and understood my needs. Much appreciated. Thank you.

    Has my first appointment in 2 years on Monday brilliant consultation. Thorough examination and a clear next steps, prescribed my medication during my visit, ready immediately afterwards. Such a pleasure to return to great NHS standards, we are very lucky to have this outstanding Practice in our village. Cannot recommend this Practice more
