Efficient handling of my concern and symptoms by caring professionals Despite the Christmas break I was dealt with speedily and effectively .Throughout the year this practice has provided timely and experienced care.

My experience of the practice yesterday was beyond my expectations. I submitted a query online and within an hour or less I was offered an appointment within 30mins. The doctor took my issue seriously, explained carefully what she thought was happening and the course of treatment she was giving me. Straight after I went to the pharmacy and picked up my prescription. The day after I have an appointment with the TIA consultant.

Came in with a suspected medical emergency. Ambulance called and great care was taken to reassure me. Wonderful staff.

My daughter has had a couple of appointments and each time has been offered a private option rather than NHS care. No referral made. Terrible service

My urgent prescriptions have been ignored for a week. They had the email marked urgent and ignored it for days. I should not have to micro-manage a practice to receive my prescription.

I had my flu jab at Bewdley Medical Centre on Saturday morning and was extremely impressed with the speed and organisation of this mass vaccination programme.

Excellent service from the staff at Bewdley surgery. My husband had a worry with skin cancer concern. He was dealt with promptly and quickly and referred to the dermatology department at Kidderminster who referred him to hospital. Thank you so much for everyone concerned.

The GP’s in this practice are professional and efficient but it’s so difficult to get an appointment with one of them. Instead you get seen by a Nurse Practitioner, which is fine if you have a minor illness but for a more worrying problem is absolutely hopeless.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to see you have had a negative experience. All patient appointments are triaged and booked with an appropriate clinician to deal with that issue. We have an incredible advanced nurse practitioner team here who work closely with the GP's to provide great patient care. If you would like to discuss a specific appointment you felt was inappropriately booked please contact the surgery directly and we can investigate this for you.

Ear wax removal. Initial ear examination arranged in 5 days with wax removal appointment within 3 weeks. Success. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend Bewdley Medical Centre for it's care for me.
