Ear wax removal. Initial ear examination arranged in 5 days with wax removal appointment within 3 weeks. Success. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend Bewdley Medical Centre for it's care for me.

I'm saddened that you have decided to remove the option to book appointments via the Patient Access/NHS App. It is not always possible for people to call on the day to book an appointment. My work diary is filled a week in advance so I have to book time off just to call you!

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the ever increasing pressure we do still offer some pre-bookable appointments, however these need to be booked via reception.

I saw GP very helpful. Then an appointment with a nurse who told me to put oil in my ears and made a further appointment for my wax removal. Had the wax removed by a professional and kind person. Very pleased with the whole process of this surgery. Thank you

Just a quick note to thank all at Bewdley medical. I’m lucky I don’t have to visit the doctors that often however recently I have had to. Getting an appointment was easy and the follow up was prompt. All staff from receptionists, nurses and Doctors’s have been great. Special thanks to my asthma nurse

The receptionist was awful - rude and unpleasant even after explaining it was my first time at this practice and I wasn't sure where to go. The Nurse however was extremely good and helpful.

A beautiful clean, well equipped and modern treatment room. A very pleasant and highly professional technician who listened as I explained my complex problem and then painlessly removed a large lump of wax from my ear. I can recommend this service unconditionally.

I contacted the centre on the 7th. I spoke to a doctor about my cough, asthma, breathing etc. Meds sorted immediately, followed by a face to face today. I’m so grateful to be in such good hands. Thank you to all your team for what you do. X

Their average times to answer their calls they say is 11 minutes, this morning my dad was caller number 1 for 25 minutes, put through to secretaries only to be told to leave a message then cut off.

Had appointment with doctor who specifically deals with ears and had answers to issues I have suffered with for nearly a year so excellent knowledge and very friendly service from the doctor and reception staff. Lovely surgery

I'd been suffering for 5 weeks with deaf, blocked, whistling ears and it was making me feel depressed . When I got to see the nurse who carried out the painless procedure, it felt wonderful to hear again. The kit has only been in place since June 2022 and it saves patients from having to go to hospital to have it done, which clogs up the ENT Department. Well done the nurse who got this new kit in place. Thank you so so much.
