    My first time at this practice, I found the staff to be helpful and the d9ctor to be very calming , the self check in is simple and the experience was made very stress free

    I hadn't had cause to visit the surgery for a GP appointment for over eight years so I was a little apprehensive about my visit. However my consultation was conducted in a friendly but business-like manner which put my mind at rest and a further hospital appointment was arranged quickly through the NHS app. Many thanks.

    I had a problem with my urine, which worried me, so I telephoned the surgery and was given an appointment the same day. The Dr suspected an infection in my urine system. A prescription was organised directly with the pharmacist .

    This is the third time I have seen this particular GP and on each occasion the experience has been excellent. During my last consultation I found the doctor to be extremely engaging, highly authentic and very considered. He was especially attentive which, combined with his great listening skills, is exactly what you would hope for when seeing your GP. Throughout each of my consultations the doctor has been curious, open and very thorough in his approach.

    Having spoken to a lovely doctor on the phone on Friday 20th December and prescribed medication, I was booked in for a follow up due to my medical and family medical history. Unfortunately, when I attended on 3.1.25 the doctor didn’t know my history, spent time reading my notes to just tell me to keep an eye on my symptoms and come back if they change! No examination and then asked me to confirm my name. Left feeling like I had wasted their time.

    I saw the same practitioner twice and she was very helpful and responsive to my needs. Booking the appointment, once I'd learnt the procedure, was within a good timeframe of when I wanted it.
