Saw a Dr about an ongoing issue. After listening to me he was very thorough giving me a checkup. He discussed with me what he wanted to try next to hopefully clear up my problem. Always have great care from all the Doctors at Patford House Partnership.

My Doctor at Beversbroke was compassionate, understanding and empathestic. It was what I needed. Sometimes it just takes someone to listen and make you feel like they care. Im really grateful for the time the Dr. took to address the issues im having. The appointment I got was quick and on time. Thank you

Positive experience. Nurse very thorough, pleasant and interactive with me well, and not rushed at all. Resulted in a hospital referral and admission, but very helpful. Happy to recommend my surgery.

First appointment at the beversbrook practice, very spacious and clean and comfortable. GP I saw was very friendly and listened well and helped with other queries I had.

Patches system seems flawed, I added that I had tonsillitis, and noted I couldn’t swallow my saliva and the response was that it sounds like I had a sore throat? I wouldn’t have tried contacting the GP over a sore throat, so just feel like telephone/email booking is a way more streamline/efficient system still - as opposed to AI. I called the surgery as I thought that’s what the AI patches said to do, supposedly they wanted me to wait, weird. When I phoned, receptionist had a bit of an attitude but still pleasant enough just a slight tone but maybe I was the same, I hadn’t eaten previous 24hrs nor drank an awful lot, plus I can imagine it was a busy, stressful Monday morning, so I personally did not take any offence at all, just maybe be mindful some people will lose their rag over a slight change in tone. The practitioner who saw me, was professional, approachable and informative and booked me a follow up appointment too within the next 7 days. While there a lot of bad reviews for the Patford House partnership, and having a few bad experiences too - I can’t fault this one, a step in the right direction.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment and checking in were fully automated, but that didn't take away from the experience. The Doctor was excellent as always.
