Booking the appointment was great, I was at the surgery with a relative and, very surprisingly, when I asked the receptionist for an appointment for me the next day they actually booked one for me having identified a suitable time. This is the easiest booking experience I have had at Beversbrook for a very long time, I wish it was always this simple. Unfortunately when I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment the next day I then had to sit and wait for 35 minutes and coincidentally I was called in very shortly after I asked the receptionist what the delay was. What was so frustrating is that there was nobody with the medical professional I was waiting for. If they have things to do during the day besides see patients surely the receptionists shouldn't book them appointments for those times. If the staff member didn't have other, pre-booked commitments why was I kept waiting 35 minutes? This surgery is so frustrating.

I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was amazing, she referred me and before I got home I had received an email to choose my clinic and book an appointment which to my surprise was given for next week. Today I received a call from the hospital to say that an old referral had been sent from the surgery and therefore my appointment had to be cancelled. Now I have to wait for them to sort it and wait months for my appointment. Not happy!

I was about 15 mins early for an appointment any way I booked in and had hardly sat down when I was called in. The lady gave me a lovely greeting and throughout my consultation she was very professional and friendly. I left with a good feeling that my problem had been efficiently addressed.

The Advanced Practitioner I had an appointment with was very friendly and professional. The person had taken the time to read my notes and was thorough in their assessment of my problem. I have an action plan going forward. I would be very pleased to see this person again.

The practice is as good as most, had to wait 6 days for an appointment only be seen and out in 10mins however, the prescribed medication has been discontinued and I still await a call and new prescription. There is a serious disconnect between the practice and the pharmaceutical system. So I am on day 7 still without the full prescription and await a call. The reception area seems cold and robotic without a personal touch. Called back about the wrong prescription and the answer was abrupt and sounded unimpressed that I called.

A very thorough examination and several tests to establish the cause of my problems including an ECG to investigate my varying heart rate. All carried out at the health centre. Great service

Contacted surgery on Thursday through the patches appointment system. 15 minutes later I received a message offering me an appointment the following day. This is quite usual for this surgery and I've never had anything but great service.

Saw a Dr about an ongoing issue. After listening to me he was very thorough giving me a checkup. He discussed with me what he wanted to try next to hopefully clear up my problem. Always have great care from all the Doctors at Patford House Partnership.
