I had an appointment this morning for smear test, the doctor I had was great, she made me feel super comfortable, and explain the whole procedure as she was doing it.

Needed an appointment today spoke to recep manager she was very polite and helpful booked me into see the doctor. Reception are very good at surgery and the doctors are super nice!! Great service always!

It was quite, could get in on time. It was clean. The Gp was very nice, she explained the procedure in a calming way. The procesure wasn’t painful and she asked me if I was okay. I thank her.

I was helped out very quickly, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting with my request for information - even going the extra mile in contacting another surgery on my behalf. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Thank you very much. We have embark on a restructuring programme of the reception team. I am glad that you had such a positive experience. We hope that this is the kind of experience that all patient's will have when trying to gain access to our services.
