    Amazing staff. Helpful. The staff and doctors take good care of you. I was easily booked for appointment with a nurse.

    I came today to ask about a query of my medication. The reception supervisor helped me out quickly and efficiently as I needed to rush back to work. She was very polite and jolly. Everytime i come to the practice i get the help i need. Thank you to everyone at the practice .

    Reception staffs and doctor in this practice are lovely. Reception staff explain everything to me how I should fill form online and this is easier for me to get appointment quick. I am happy every time I come to the surgery.

    I feel like whenever I have a had an issue and contracted the practice, the practitioners were able to resolve it.,My one complaint has always been getting an ppointment sorted, however, with the new accurx system in place I feel more comfortable and confident booking an appointment. There is 7 day process time period from when you submit your form, I feel if that could be lessened to 2 or 3working days it would be great.

    Reception staff have been very polite and helpful with my mum. She struggles speaking English, reception staff have been patient with my mum and very understanding.

    Thanks for taking the time to post this review. It does boost our staffs moral when patient's acknowledge their efforts. We would welcome you and your mother; if you had some spare time to join our Patient Group(PPG). Your comments and suggestions would help us when planning future services for the local community.     Terrible reception staff when I tried to book an appointment. They were rude, unhelpful, no interest in patient welfare. Refused to book appointments. Ignored patients when standing in queue. Tried to provide medical advice when not qualified. Could not access GP appointments or medication.

The face-to-face appointments do need to be triaged with a phone call first, and our receptions are trained as Primary Care Navigators.     1.. Some of the staff there are very rude. 2...Unable to book an appointment for 12 weeks . Really not great 3...Mixed messages on how to do things just depends on who you talk to . No training and staff change almost daily . 4... Unable to correlate hospital info with there records . Its 2024 come on .. 5... Given the terrible feedback on lots of sites Id give this practice a wide berth . Overall a terrible experience if you could minus star them id give them -5 ..Need to be completely over hauled get someone in to sort their mess out .

    Dear Patient, thank you for taking he time to provide your feedback. I am one of the managers at the practice. I am sorry that you have had such a difficult experience in getting an appointment. I am not sure if you have heard of, or have access to, the” My GP App”. This is one app for all your healthcare needs- Patients can book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, check their medical records etc. You can download the app onto a smartphone from the Apple App store, or from Google Play.     Tried to book appointment with nurse to be confronted by yet another switch to new technology which makes it extremely difficult to book appointments for even the most basic things: wellness check, blood pressure reading, etc.

    Dear Patient. Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you have had a difficult experience trying to book an appointment at the surgery. We have various ways that you can access our appointments system. In addition to the traditional methods of either walking in, or telephoning; patient's can book appointments online and via the NHS App. We are also encouraging patient's to use the E Consult service. This gives patients access to send a electronic version that they can submit, indicating what issue they may be having, This will be responded to with the relevant information, or booking, if required. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance with using any of the methods outlined? Thanks-Chambis
