    Dr had compassion and empathy. The doctor called checking my condition and showed just right amount of empathy and kindness. Great work I cannot recommend enough.

    Complete lack of confidentiality at the desk. Reception staff showed a lack of empathy. I supplied my telephone number at reception instead of phoning a 94 year old. However the clinicianstill rang her and she didn’t understand what they were saying. Maybe more training needed in dealing with the elderly. Quite a quick response to the econsult though

    I got a text to say my 87 year old mum had to have a medication review I took her to Windsor house for bloods as requested and she had to do a urine sample that was 2 months ago no review of medication at all not seen either surely a lady of her age deserves better

    Had issues with normal prescription, item was unavailable from pharmacy, surgery pharmacist phoned gave us alternative and was sent down same day.

    Made an online contact to see my GP, the service was seamless and GP as always excellent, felt listened too and all aspects of the consultation was a two dialogue resulting in a good solution for my condition

    Not my usual GP surgery, but easy to find, easy to park, quiet, clean and welcoming reception/waiting area. Only a couple minutes wait after scheduled appointment time, but my routine appointment was friendly, easy, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, all round very efficient.

    I had to wait about 10 Days for an appointment, but my consultation with Doctor was very thorough, and I was able to be seen about my problem as well as asking some questions on general health.
