    Had to wait 3 weeks for a call back. Which felt time sensitive. My partner got a hospital referral for appointment and results before my call back. However Dr was helpful when I spoke to them

    I contacted re my suspected UTI was very impressed how easy to write what I wanted compared to my last experience as all in categories and did not have to write unnecessary things . Response efficient then when infection returned I had a similar easy experience- Thanks so much . Feel how it is now displayed online so much user friendly. Appears a lot of thought has gone into it . Also response time very good and appropriate to what I was asking .

    I went for a cortisone injection in my knee but the physio was concerned about 2 lumps in my leg, she called a Dr and he confirmed I had phlebitis and couldn't have injection. Although I was disappointed, the care and concern I was shown was gratifying.

    I went for my flu and covid injections. After registering my name at reception I was told where to queue. I waited less than 5 minutes and sent to room 4. Injections were carried out (painlessly actually)! and I was out within 6 minutes
