    The attitude I had from the doctor on Friday was dismissive. My child was ill so I turned up and couldn't be seen. No record of antibiotics being sent to pharmacy either so we ended up going to A and E. No acceptable when a child is ill

    Fill out e request for a call after 4pm.. Received call at 4.10 pm explained the ailment. Invited to attend at 5 pm was examined by a nurse second opinion by my Dr. Medicines prescribed and back to normal within a week. Amazing support and servie... Thanks

    After being invited for this year's booster vaccinations for Covid 19 and influenza, I attended on 12th October. The process was handled efficiently and quickly from check in to vaccination it took less than 5 minutes. All staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend this service,the sore arms after though not so much.

    I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my e-consult despite making it clear my medication was running out and I needed a new prescription. My medication was under a yearly review so I could not order via the NHS app. By the time I was contacted I had been without my medication for 2 weeks, despite being told they would put the order through straight away. I then waited another 2 weeks before I could pick it up. I haven’t seen a GP face to face since before Covid 🤷‍♂️

    Had to speak to practice & practitioner no problems with either both in help and explanations on the first phone call from me to practice the operator did not know the answer but explained they would find out and phone me back with they duly did

    Following a technical problem to cancel a vaccination using the web site link I phones the practice. Despite being 13th in the queue ( thankfully with with no distracting in house music to contend with) my call was answered within 5 minutes. I had secured a double vaccine in my local walk in centre so sought to cancel my less convenient previously arranged vaccination in Ivybridge. The receptionist dealt with the matter in a friendly and efficient way. I also needed to change my phone number, again this was handled in a speedy efficient way. This was verified immediately by text. The whole inquiry took no more than 8 minutes. I was very impressed by the receptionist’s politeness and efficiency. Thank you.
