I Tried to see someone on a Saturday, but fully booked. A staff member rang me back, and apologized, but also gave me an app 9.15 Monday. Well pleased. 🙂

Very organised and friendly staff. No waiting time and I had my vaccination in a timely manner. It was easy to park nearby.

My recent experience has been very positive. I have needed some additional support after breaking my hand, so meditation and sick note for work. This has all been done in good time with minimal stress for myself.

Submitted an online consultation at 9.30am, spoke to a nurse by 1pm and antibiotics at the chemist by 5pm. No hassle and I didn't have to leave or miss work. I've always found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful whenever I've needed to speak to them regarding my children or myself.

I went into register after leaving the Armed forces, and was extremely happy the lady on the front desk asked if I was on any tables as they had ran out and sorted it all out for myself about a hour after leaving I was all registered and had a message saying tablets are on the was.

I had a great experience at my appointment today. I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt listened to. My GP was empathetic, understanding and a great communicator. He has always been extremely professional and has got back to me with any outstanding issues from communication with the hospital and I was reassured that this would happen again with the current referral.

E consult complete. Wait 10 days for phone call. Receive text message for something completely different. Medication . So phone reception my RA review now late. Wait a very long time to speak with receptionist. Unable to rebook my review but told she will get back to me. No one did. Phone again a few days later , very long wait to speak with reception so visit surgery. I remain calm and polite but am there a very long time explaining over and over that my RA review is important. Explaining that I made this appointment, although promised it would happen it has not. Eventually, the receptionist told me she would speak with someone. I receive a text message later that day making another telephone appt a week later. Review now a month late. This use to happen automatically I’ve never had to chase an appointment. Long waiting times before you can speak to reception. Long waiting time before you can talk to a medical professional. However my GP is lovely
