I did e consult and received a call within 4 hours. The doctor was very accurate and professional. The doctor was considerate and polite. My problem was addressed very quickly.

Had to cancel these due to going into hospital for gall bladder removal. Surgery unable to allocate me any future date. Told to book appointment with local chemist. Think this is poor practice making the patient book up somewhere else .

Dear David, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we were unable to offer you an alternative appointment. We vaccinate over 6000 patients each flu year, at the moment our flu clinics are fully booked. We do have a waiting list as we do get last minute cancellations and patients who do not turn up to their appointment. This means we are able to contact patients when appointments become available. You should have been offered to be added to our waiting list and we also signpost to other services which have vaccination stock and appointments available. Have been 6 months with my symptoms but I have only had two face to face appointments, all other communication has been via phone and apart from a prescription for medication that didn’t work I have been sent for two blood tests which are both clear but no other investigative procedure has been offered. I feel like I am being stalled each time.

I don't do doctors, but when I have to, they are amazing, really helpful, upstanding and communication is brilliant. I would recommend and I do, to anyone, my doctors practice is the best xxx I'm off work at the moment I've got an infection in my nails, I phoned the doctors on the Monday, had a consultation in the afternoon, and was seen on the Tuesday. Had swops taken, had results back on Friday. I was put on antibiotics cream on Tuesday, and my doctor sent a script to the pharmacy on Friday to pick up on Saturday. Communication is brilliant

I had an appointment with either a PN or HCA I’m not sure, to have my c-section site reviewed as it had reopened. I’d been self managing it at home but wanted a second opinion. The woman who saw me was extremely condescending and very dismissive. She talked over me when I tried to explain the progress of my wound so far and just told me there was nothing wrong with it. She removed my dressing which she told me was clean… it wasn’t, I could see the exudate on it myself. She wrote in my notes that it had healed when it hadn’t and jt is still open a week later. Luckily I am able to continue to self manage but I am concerned about how slap dash this practitioner seems to be with wound care and she doesn’t seem to have assessed my wound correctly at all. Unfortunately as she continued to talk over me, despite me really trying to explain that my wound has not healed, she let me leave without anything covering it up and it had leaked on my clothes by the time I got home. I was probably in her room about 4 minutes in total which is not enough to do a full assessment. I normally love the practice and have never had a bad experience but this has left me still frustrated a week later so I felt it should be raised.
