Personally, I have found Ivybridge Medical Centre have given me excellent care and attention. The community nurses who treat my condition on a three monthly cycle have been very caring and professional. The GPs and health advisors have been excellent in listening and prescribing my needs. Thank you to all staff.😊

Gp had helped me through an eply manoeuvre-which has eased my vertigo symptoms! I have being seeing the same doctor for a number of issues and cannot fault my experience, he is so thorough and clear, I always feel listened to and guided appropriately. Staff are always quick to respond to econsult/system connect.

On line referral was completed stating symptoms which had been for two weeks. Response was a pharmacist call within 2 Days. Symptoms still here 3 weeks later. Why are appointments non existent?

Repeat prescriptions I have had problems with so not a good service. My husband has had dementia . This year went for yearly checkup and the lady Doctor was so attentive and I really felt happy about how she treated us and felt we were not just a number ,that she really cared. So thank you for good service Today went to Mudge way for our flu and covd vaccination ,had boycotted the surgery for a few years and went elsewhere as was so badly organised with queues of old people and a long wait. Was a bit concerned at going as my husband could no longer stand and wait. Today there was no waiting had vaccinations immediately. So thank you for such a good service today

Repeat perscription required all done on line without visit to surgery. Informed by surgery when script sent to chemist, with chemist notifying me that ready for collection. Efficient system that saves time for all involved.

I did an econsult, received a text message giving me a date for a call from a doctor, the doctor called, offered me a face to face appointment the following week, the appointment went well and I have some meds to try and if not, told to come back for further investigations. Simple, I was quite shocked it was straight forward!

When you submit an econsult it is my experience that you get a prescription & never a review. When a review is requested a new prescription is given. When a Pharmacist asked for a review I didn’t receive one. When you have submitted an econsult for review & re-prescription you get a re- prescription, but not a review & then need to submit another econsult for a review. When I had a telephone appointment the Dr did not have my econsults to discuss, so I had to give them a 7 month history again. I’m not sure when I will receive the next appointment I require to hopefully help resolve my issue, but live in hope it isn’t too long. Re-prescriptions take for ever & when you have submitted readings etc in advance as requested for a new prescription, it is not authorised & you are then advised more investigation are required prior to your prescription being authorised. This seems to happen every year! One of prescriptions was lost & another could not be made until it was recovered & returned, which is not my fault!

Dear David, Thankyou for your feedback. I am sorry to read completing your annual medication review has been confusing. The date an annual review is required is marked on your prescription labels when collecting from the pharmacy to ensure patients are aware of this. Patients then submit this information through our online consultation system and this is reviewed clinically. if further review or discussion is required this could be passed to a pharmacist or GP for further review or adjustment of medication. i am sorry to read this has not happened for you.
