It is almost impossible to get an appointment in the evening for people who work full time, which can be very difficult to leave work in the day time and having to make an on the day appointment, it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment and my work wasn’t happy that I had to leave work early. Which is very stressful on top of not feeling well, which should have been treated earlier, also not being able to get a telephone appointment, which would have been sufficient for treatment I needed

Every one has been so nice last 3 years! All of our family visits Dr nurse and physiotherapist disks all have been very helpful and we are all have a good experience. I will recommend to anyone. Many thanks

Had a mental health face to face appointment after being housebound for many years. The receptionist was friendly, noticed my anxiety, and explained things well. The doctor was kind, supportive, asked all the right questions, and was friendly enough to not seem purely clinical and cold. Very appreciative of everyone who helped me during what could have been a horrid experience. Clean waiting rooms, very very positive

I just moved to this practice & till now my experience has been great. Great features like Online messaging, Appointment booking, cleaniness, great & helpful staff. I have recently visited for my Dpt booster injection & the Nurse brief me about it, explained the normal effects of it & mentioned nothing to worry but you can contact us if needed. She was gentle & quick. So received an excellent service.

I know the practise needs improving it needs more people on the reception better access to make appointment better parking Better entrance and exit.more people at the pharmacy. If there was a situation requiring emergency vehicles they would find it difficult to get whrre the are needed

Dear Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to note your comments. If you want to make any suggestions on how we can improve, please do get in touch with us directly. Our direct email address is feedback.bchc@nhs.net We all work incredibly hard and share your frustrations. I’m really sorry that it appears that you experienced these frustrations- we are continually working on anything that we can to make the patient experience better. The car park is run by our landlords and so unfortunately out of our control. The pharmacy is completely separate to us, so again not much we can do about that, sorry. We do have designated ambulance bays right outside the entrance - it's quite challenging to stop people parking there or 'just dropping off' or 'popping to the pharmacy'. Any suggestions would be appreciated though. All feedback, positive or otherwise, is extremely valuable, so we do appreciate you expressing your concerns. I went in for an appointment today about my mental health. She was brilliant. The best doctor i’ve had in 19 years, she listened to me and made me feel so comfortable and not judgemental. She did everything she could for me. Incredibly grateful!

When i attended this practice,I was directed by reception where I needed to go by friendly and polite staff. Once I got where I needed to be, I found the waiting area to be very clean and tidy and also lovely and quiet. Once I was called into the treatment room I was explained to what my treatment would be and why it was needed. I felt no pain at all and the nurse was quick and very efficient in her work. So I'd like to thank everybody at the practice for the kindness they showed me. Thankyou.
