Clean establishment Wonderfully professional upon arrival. Offered to get you checked in. Informed the session is on the first floor. There was also a person on the first floor to direct you to the point I would need to wait to receive vaccine. The area upstairs was well lit 1 was met by another member to wait. There were 2 chars but I was not requested to seat on either.. The wait was very brief. Upin entering the surgery I was requested to take the seat. Perfect. The sessio. Was professional. Confirm my date of birth.. I was also alerted before the injection. Scratch. On leaving it was good as I was told see you soon in a years time. I returned downstairs. I got the good news probably next Covid vaccine would probably be in April. I was pleased as I would not have to travel far to receive it The person was also conversational. Made me feel part of the community.

This is not a review but a feedback. A GP called me to discuss my daughter's blood test results as she had a low iron level and subsequently was prescribed a supplement. However, the very next day I got a text message saying that GP reviewed her results and they are normal. I called the practice to clarify and I was told that the sms was sent since GP made a note 'No further action needed'. This is probably because he already actioned it but 'no action needed' is not equivalent to 'results are normal'. You may wish to update your procedures so patients do not get confusing messages messages.

It was good to see my doctor and managed to be referred to as problems with nose and hearing so going to be referred to ent specialist at Thornton hospital

Got an appointment fairly quickly shame I had to go through several processes to get there. Don't see why I have to answer personal questions to the receptionist

My visits to the vaccination and nurse clinics are very professional efficient and friendly. I feel reassured by their interactions and they see me as a person answering my questions on treatments, tests and vaccines, without a time limit.

From the very helpful telephone staff to the Doctors I have seen all very professional kind and excellent. Can't fault them. I've never been rushed in an appointment even though they have so many people to see. Doctors have listened to me and taken on board what I have said. I was diagnosed with pneumonia abd given the relevant antibiotics. Sent for x-ray and blood tests.

Rang up and I got 2 appointment straight away. Then nurse was very good and friendly. Dr's about a hr later and he was very helpful with information and referral
