I visited the surgery today again was greeted by the doctor can I just say what a breath of fresh air the Doctor is to the surgery. The surgery has come under a lot of criticism in recent years but if this is the type of very concerning doctor we can expect in the future it’s the way forward I know i can’t name the doctor but thank to the surgery for turning the corner Regards L Barker

I phoned after 11am and was offered an appointment the same day in the afternoon. I was seen earlier than appointment time which was excellent. The doctor was very thorough & helpful. He gave good advice & also a prescription sent to pharmacy. It was all such an easy straightforward experience from the lady answering the original phone call to the receptionist when I booked in. All very helpful & friendly.

Attended for my Covid vac and found all the staff friendly efficient and knowledgeable . The surgery keeps in touch and provides good guidance on ongoing care and preventive medicine.

My husband sent a picture in and waited for a gp to phone , that was fine the doctor rang on the 19/4 and said my husband needs a face to face appointment. I rang the receptionist he can not get a appointment till the 4/5 this is not good enough,

All staff and doctors very kind and helpfull,never feel like your wasting there time.on doctor advice i went to a+e and had a few days in the jr . so many thanks to all.

I brought my adult son in today. He has autism and additional needs. The Dr was outstanding and managed to assess and manage a very complex situation. As parents of a young person with additional needs, we have often come up against professionals who think they know our son but get it totally wrong (through no fault of their own as they haven't spent time with him), but the Dr evaluated information efficiently, assessed the main issues and supported us all with new outcomes. Sometimes, autism can be a very dark place, but knowing that GPs at this practice have our backs, and adopt the right approach (without knowing what that is!) is a huge comfort to us. It also helps elevate stress in the future when our son may need additional support for other reasons. Thank you!

I visited today, and saw a physiotherapist. I rarely visit the doctors, but an ongoing issues needs to be treated. I was listened too and felt very satisfied with the face to face appointment.

Notified by surgery of the date due for my Annual Blood Test . All arrangements were made smoothly and carried out by friendly efficient staff . Very impressed with the level of Patient care.
