Been trying to get a diabetic review as I’ve got issues ,got booked in twice and both times it was to see a nurse which couldn’t help me. It has been nearly 12 months since I got diagnosed and told to take the medication.

I saw the Dr in her room on 3rd May 2024 and tried to explaine my problems. The way she was just staring at me i felt like I am just pretending, infact I know my body and how I am feeling.I was very much looking forward to see my Own GP and to discuss my personal with her but it made me so disappointed. I cant see any concerning facial expressions on her ,neither she expressed any verbal concers .I felt like I am sitting in a investigation room and trying to clarify my position. I felt guilty telling her all my problems. After looking on my medical records she gave me antidepressants and said you need antidepressants you are suffering with anxiety. Her verbal command was very sharp that she gave me an order to take this treatment if I wanted to get better. She could have shown me some sympathy via her words or her facial expressions. I felt very unhappy after seeing her . I am not happy to see her again as it will make me more fearful and nervous. Who so ever is reading my email or message kindly refer me to a different doctor. Thank you for sending me this links to express myself . Hope you will take it seriously and do relevant. Thank you so much .

I received total respect from all the staff . The care I received was also exceptional and everything was explained to me and what the staff were doing. Thankyou for a brilliant experience for me.

She was so kind and she listened to my speech patiently to I discuss my illness with and she given me good advice and she prepared for me a good interpreter form own native language for good understanding. Overall I like her God bless her. Thank you doctor

Booking the nurse appointment was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. My questions were answered and I felt listened to. I was seen on time and the nurse was great.

I have had very positive experiences of the staff at this practice. I needed a blood test an appointment was requested via the app and quickly and efficiently had the blood test
